Okorya Martel Craig-Dill is wanted for aggravated assault and firearm charges, borough police said in a release.
Officials said the 31-year-old shot at a car as it fled north on the 800 block of Mulberry Street on Saturday, Dec. 23.
The victim used to live in a house on the block and had showed up to collect their belongings, but had gotten in a "physical altercation" with Craig-Dill, who went inside and grabbed a gun, according to investigators.
Police said Craig-Dill fled the area in a black Ford Edge with Pennsylvania tag MCG1175.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest and anyone who spots him should call 911.
